In this episode, I am coming from my home studio in Utah, which is the first time I have been here in a little over two months. In November, I traveled to the big island of Hawaii expecting to be there for a five-day vacation. Little did I know when I was boarding that plane I was going to choose to stay or maybe the island chose me. It made that five-day trip into a ten-week adventure that would change my life. I am back in Utah now and I am honestly feeling nostalgia for the island already. In this episode, I am going to share my biggest wins and transformations while living on the island of Hawaii.
