Today we are going to be talking about differentiating your business. We are specifically going to focus on four counter-intuitive ways to differentiate your business.  Differentiation is something that is repeated business advice and most people understand why it is so valuable.  It is easy to recognize the value of being different and it is easy to know it when you see it, but it can be hard for us to understand or know where we can apply that in our own lives and our own business. 

Changing up your product and service and focusing on higher quality or customer service are all very good things to do, but they can be challenging.  In this episode, I want to explore some of the ways that most people don’t differentiate their business. There are some big ways you can do this and get big results very quickly.
