Today we are looking at 2021. What a year it has been for all of us across the world and what a year it has been for me.  I want to acknowledge many of the challenges and uncertainties that many of us have been facing globally. It has certainly been one of the most unique years in my lifetime in terms of what I have seen happening in the world around me. Fortunately for me at this time, I have been able to continue to grow, develop, and continue to adapt.  I hope that this trend accelerates and I hope we all as a planet can come closer together and be better off as a whole as we move through these challenging times.

Today I want to share some of my biggest wins over this last year. I want to celebrate and share some of the lessons I have learned and where I have learned those. I am also excited to share some of the things I have in store for next year.

In This Episode:

  • Actually being able to hold and use silence to your advantage is one of the ways that you can really be a pro when you are facilitating a workshop or whether you are speaking from the stage.
  • One of the biggest sources of lessons he had was a shoulder injury that he got while he was in San Diego in September. I learned that the healing process is not always linear.
  • Another lesson this year has been in patience and trust. Sometimes doing less is actually more effective but it requires trust in yourself and more importantly trust in the universe. It is trusting in the work you are putting in and not always pushing harder and doing more which can lead to burnout.
  • And so much more!!!
